Statement:
“Please be aware that swimmers DO NOT need to be a member of NUSwim Swimming Club to be considered for the NUsport Performance Hub”.
Further to this I have attached the presentation (information evening) that SNSW President Chris Fydler gave prior to the NUsport opening where some of the clubs sent a representative (all were invited). Please refer to pages 14-17 where the vision for the NUsport Performance Centre has been outlined. Please click here to view.
Also, please be aware that on the SNSW Website it is stated under NUsport Performance Hub – The Forum, Newcastle University – Performance Hub Eligibility:
Eligibility to train at the NUSport Hub may be defined, but not limited by, the below criteria:
- 18 years and over* (including university-aged students): This program is open to NSW athletes that are aged 18 years and older.
