Congratulations to Ashleigh Oberekar from Valley Aquatic SC who has been selected on
the Swimming NSW Touring Team headed to Greensboro, North Carolina.
Ashleigh is one of nine Mighty Blues set to compete at the 2022 Toyota
US Open which will be held from 30th November – 3rd December 2022.
Ashleigh gained team selection by achieving some amazing results at the 2022 Australian Short Course Nationals;
– 3rd Women’s 200m breaststroke
– 6th Women’s 400m IM
– 9th Women’s 100m breaststroke
– 15th Women’s 200m IM
Ashleigh will be accompanied by her coach Sam Frame as one of the
coaches for the touring team. We look forward to hearing all about your experience.
