About CVSA

COAST AND VALLEY SWIMMING ASSOCIATION

Coast and Valley Swimming Association (CVSA) is the area body comprising swimming clubs from the Central Coast and Lower Hunter Valley.

CVSA coordinates local competitions amongst the clubs with development, qualifying and picnic meets to suit all competition levels.  The program of meets is coordinated to avoid clashes with state events.  Swimming within the Area provides the pathway from club level through to state level competition.

Our major event is the summer long course (50m pool) championships where swimmers who have achieved qualifying times have the opportunity to compete against all other club swimmers in the Area.  It is the highlight of the Area competition for swimmers and technical officials.  We also host a winter short course championship meet in winter where races are held in a 25m pool.
